All our premium leather products are handcrafted and shipped directly from Florence, Italy.
1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Estimates
- International shipping: 3–7 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days from order confirmation
3. Shipping Cost We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order required. The price you see at checkout is the final price — no hidden fees or additional handling costs.
4. Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time via our Tracking Order page.
5. Delivery Information Please provide a valid phone number when placing your order. Our courier partners may contact you to coordinate delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
6. Customs & Import Duties For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties apply. For deliveries outside the EU, local import taxes or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
