Refund and Returns Policy
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, customers residing in the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@amaz1a.com before the 14-day period expires. A full refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
At Amaz1a, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your item within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
1. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of use, scratches, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.
2. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
3. Sale Items All items, including those purchased during sales or with discount codes, are eligible for return and refund according to our standard 14-day policy.
4. Exchanges We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@amaz1a.com with photos of the damage within 72 hours of receiving your order.
5. How to Start a Return To initiate a return, email us at info@amaz1a.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Please note that although your order was shipped from Florence, Italy, all returns are processed through our office in Thessaloniki, Greece.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Amaz1a is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
6. Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used, altered, or are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
